Faculty training and development

• Organizing short-term courses and advanced training programs in medical education for faculty members at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh City, as well as educators from medical institutions nationwide.

Training topics include:

• Teaching skills and classroom management

• Designing learner-centered lectures

• Applying educational technology and digital resources in teaching

• Developing high-quality learning materials for teaching and learning

Supporting faculty in implementing innovative teaching methods

• Providing personalized consultation and support to improve teaching approaches tailored to the needs of specific faculties and disciplines

• Organizing seminars and forums to share teaching experiences from outstanding educators and medical education experts

Collaboration and educational technology transfer

• Collaborating with national and international educational institutions to develop faculty development programs that meet international standards

• Transferring educational technologies, teaching methods, and tools to health professions training institutions across the country

Evaluation and enhancement of teaching competencies

• Conducting research and surveys on faculty teaching quality to propose solutions and policies aimed at improving the quality of education

• Developing evaluation tools and criteria to assess teaching competencies, helping faculty self-assess and enhance their instructional skills
