OPENING CEREMONY OF THE WORKSHOP "FOUNDATIONS OF INTERPROFESSIONAL COLLABORATION IN WOUND CARE": A DEDICATED MILESTONE IN PROMOTING IPE-CP AT UMP

Implementing the strategic direction of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh City (UMP) in developing the Interprofessional Education and Collaborative Practice (IPE-CP) model, on the afternoon of September 14, 2026, the Center for Medical Education, in collaboration with the University Medical Center (UMC), successfully organized the opening ceremony of the thematic workshop "Foundations of Interprofessional Collaboration in Wound Care" at Lecture Hall 3A, UMC.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Le Khac Bao delivered a strong message regarding the importance of a synchronized connection among healthcare professions in patient care. The program is not merely a standard capacity-building course, but a culmination of the profound dedication of the leadership from the Center for Medical Education and UMC in their continuous effort to create an advanced clinical practice environment. With their extensive practical experience and burning passion for IPE, the faculty guided the workshop from addressing fundamental barriers to exploring dynamic connection solutions.
